INTERPRETERS Interpreters for more than 180 languages are available 24 hours a day, at no cost to you. If you or a family member needs interpreter assistance — or a sign language interpreter — please ask a staff member to help make the necessary arrangements.
GLOBAL PATIENT SERVICES If you are traveling from more than 60 miles away, our Global Patient Services (GPS) team members will work with you and your family to coordinate your arrival and help with your transition to Chicago. Our GPS care managers also liaise with numerous third parties. For instance, if needed, they work with embassies on everything from visas to patient sponsorship.
CHAPEL & SPIRITUAL CARE Located on the 10th floor, our chapel provides spiritual and emotional support through interfaith worship opportunities, consultation and complementary therapies. Our spiritual care program supports you and your family as you confront challenges, summon courage and celebrate new abilities.
